The Book Truck serves homeless and foster youth in Los Angeles. We donated more than 1500 books and raised $1000 for this amazing philanthropic organization.
Para Los Niños has been a partner school since 2020 And through ongoing donations, we collected and donated more than 6000 books for Para Los Ninos. Para Los Ninos is located in Los Angeles and educates more than 400 children living poverty. The donated books were used for the lending library and also for home libraries. Our most recent donation, in partnership with NCL, provided each student with numerous books for summer reading.

More than 70 percent of adults refugees are classified as LEP = Limited English Proficient. We provide children's books to refugees which helps this vulnerable population.
We are looking for high-interest books for young readers between the ages of birth and 21 years old. Most of the charities we work with let the reader keep the book.
We will happily pick up or you can drop off. Please be considerate of volunteers and put the books in boxes or bags that can be carried by one person.
Please sort books before donating. Eliminate books with writing, notations, torn pages, etc. We do not accept textbooks, dictionaries, cookbooks or coffee table books. Spanish language books are welcome. Please put books in boxes or grocery bags to make it easy for pick up.
